Child Safety Standards

Hatchify Pty Ltd ("Patchye", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all users. We take child protection seriously and comply fully with Google Play's Developer Policy Center requirements, the Online Safety Act 2021 (Cth), the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth), and all applicable Australian and international laws governing data privacy and child safety.

This policy outlines the standards and procedures we follow to ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people across the Patchye Platform.

App Audience Declaration

Patchye is not designed for or directed to persons under the age of 18. We have declared our target audience and content classification appropriately in the Google Play Console. Access to the Patchye Platform is restricted to users aged 18 and above. Verification processes and terms of use reinforce this restriction.

If any features are introduced that could be suitable for younger users, Patchye will update its audience declaration, classification, and implement appropriate safeguards, such as content filtering and parental control features.

Data Collection and Privacy

Patchye does not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from persons under the age of 18. Our Privacy Policy outlines:

• The types of data collected
• How that data is used and stored
• With whom data may be shared (if applicable)
• How users may access or delete their data

If it is discovered that personal information has been collected from a minor, that information will be promptly deleted, and any associated accounts will be terminated. Parents and guardians may contact us to request data removal.

Content Standards

Patchye enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE) and prohibits all inappropriate, harmful, or unlawful content or behavior, including:

• Sexually explicit or suggestive content
• Violence or graphic material
• Profanity, hate speech, or harassment
• Drug, alcohol, or gambling references directed toward minors

All user-generated content (UGC) is subject to moderation. Any violation of these standards will result in account suspension or termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

Advertising and Monetization

Patchye's advertisements comply with Google Play's Families Policy Requirements and other applicable standards. All ads are age-appropriate, contextual, and free from content unsuitable for minors. We only use Google Play–approved ad SDKs that support compliance with user safety and privacy obligations.

Parental Controls and Support

While Patchye is not designed for use by minors, we encourage responsible supervision. Parents and guardians may use device-level parental controls or app store restrictions to prevent access to Patchye by persons under 18.

Ongoing Review

This policy is reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect regulatory requirements, platform updates, and user feedback. Patchye remains committed to protecting all users — especially minors — from harm, misuse, or exploitation online.
