At Patchye, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page allows you to manage your privacy choices, request data deletion, or modify how your data is used.
Your Privacy Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of all data we have collected about you
- Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information
- Deletion: Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data
- Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Opt-out: Withdraw consent for data processing or marketing communications
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your account information (username, email, profile)
- All messages and conversations
- Usage history and analytics data
- Any uploaded content or media
⚠️ Important: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have backed up any information you wish to keep before proceeding.
Data Retention
After you request deletion:
- Most data is deleted immediately from our active systems
- Some data may be retained in backups for up to 30 days
- We may retain certain information if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention)

In-App Data Management
You can also manage some privacy settings directly in the Patchye app:
- Go to Settings → Profile → Account Actions
- Select Delete Account to remove your data
